❌ No F1 this Sunday

Hey, it's Friday again!

And after the chaotic Brazilian Grand Prix, where the weather forced race schedules to be changed for the first time in history, we have a weekend off.

The next Formula 1 race will take place in Las Vegas on November 24th.

RACE TIME

There is no race this weekend.

NEWS

🥇 Max Verstappen
After his incredible victory in the rain in Brazil, starting from P17, Verstappen has once again shown his incredible talent and achieved a new record: he has now led the drivers’ championship for 897 consecutive days. If he scores 3 more points than Norris at the Las Vegas Grand Prix (winning the race would be enough), Verstappen will be crowned the 2024 Formula 1 World Champion.

🆕 New rookie
Audi/Sauber has confirmed the signing of F2 driver Gabriel Bortoleto for the 2025 season. This move leaves current Sauber drivers Zhou and Bottas without seats for next year. There are rumors that Bottas could return to Mercedes as a reserve driver. With this signing, only one seat remains open: the second RB seat, as Lawson is not yet confirmed for 2025 and it is still unclear who will partner Tsunoda.

💰 Millions in the rain
The rain in Brazil turned out to be very profitable for Alpine. With a double podium finish for Ocon and Gasly, Alpine has climbed from ninth to sixth place in the Constructors’ Championship, gaining an extra 29 million euros. Meanwhile, Sauber remains without any points this season and Williams has dropped to second-to-last place after finishing the race with both cars damaged.
